How To Order



     Once you have selected an item number for purchase email savingthesouthrelics@hotmail.com 
     the item number, your contact information and method of payment from the list below.  
     
     The item will be flagged as "Sale Pending" allowing time for your payment to arrive.  Items will only
     be held for five (5) business days unless prior arrangements have been approved during the order 
     process.  

     Should you have additional questions or concerns regarding any item number, please feel free to
     contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Terms and Conditions

1. All items guaranteed to be 100% authentic and as described.

 

2. Any item can be returned for a full refund, less shipping and handling, within five (5) days after receipt, provided the item is in the same condition as sent.

 

3. Payment made by Money Order, Certified Check or Personal Check. Personal checks will be held ten (10) days or until cleared.

 

4. Shipping and Insurance must be calculated based upon the price of the item and your location.

 

5. We are pleased to offer a 60 day layaway plan with 1/3 down & equal payments over 60 days. There is no return privilege on layaway items and if you default on the payments all monies will be forfeited.

 

6. We are best reached by email. If you see an item you are interested in, drop us a line or give us a call. The item will be held for seven (7) days pending payment.

 

7. It cannot be overemphasized how difficult it is to find items such as listed on this site. This stuff just doesn't grow on trees and you cannot find it at Wal-Mart.

 

8. We are constantly on the look-out for quality Civil War and American historical items: Confederate Images, Historical Documents, and Excavated items of all kinds.  If you have items for sale or trade, please contact us.
